Since, 1970, The Village at Manor Park has been the premier continuing care retirement community in the Permian Basin. Over the years, we have grown and changed to better serve the needs of our community. Now, we are embarking on an exciting new journey! Come see what all the excitement is about!

Village South homes are being developed on the 16-acre site just across Sinclair from the existing Manor Park campus. Floor plans will be similar to those of our existing homes although we’ve freshened them to improve storage space, flow and size. In addition to the new homes, a new community center (similar to the Cowden Clubhouse) will be at the center of Village South providing fitness, bistro, and other activity spaces.

The preliminary floor plans are now available. We’ve opened a Priority List for those who want to ‘get in line’ for one of the new homes.
