Please complete this form and submit a refundable $1,000.00 deposit to register as a Priority List Member at the Village at Manor Park. Deposits are applied to the Entry Fee when a home is selected. NOTE: Entry Fees and Monthly Fees are subject to change. Deposit does not lock in fees. If a refund is requested our accounting department will mail your refund by mail on the next bi-weekly disbursements and all benefits will terminate.
Position on the priority list is based on the date of the registration. Those with the earliest sign-up date will be given the first priority in regard to home and or apartment selections. If you have been called 3 + times you can choose to go in-active, we don't want you to feel we're soliciting.
The decision to provide resident status to an applicant is made by Manor Park. Applicant agrees to accept such decisions as binding and final in all respects.
